Free parking and lovely and efficient breakfast with treats, bacon plus toast. Great location in the lovely area, close enough to restaurants in Lytham.

I asked for guest room with an extractor fan or the window in the toilet, bedrooms, as example, had a fabulous stay. The location of the property was great and fab, right on the seafront. Ate at Anatolia Sea View, it's at a medium distance from the venue.

This hotel is extremely comfy with competent employees from the house keepers. The room is beautifully decorated and well-kept, comes with balcony, a fan, for example. They have carbonated beverages in the outdoor bar.

Nice location next to restaurant at breakfast, the cafe overlooking the sea and the bus stop for Blackpool or Lytham, easy check-in.

The pool area was lovely and the location was exceptionally nice, next to the the centre of town, the bar and reception areas and Blackpool or lytham. The family room we stayed in were beautifully decorated with comfortable bed.

I have stayed in guest room for 2 nights, it was complete with balcony, bunk beds, a fan. A bath and a shower were a plus. The hotel was placed in the very central location to the centre of St Anne's. The breakfast was lovely and efficient, the check in was easy.
